PND176石油产品凝点、倾点测定仪
该石油产品倾点凝点测定器是引进生产的，符合GB/T 510。该仪器采用压缩机制冷原理，封闭式浴槽，配有倾斜支架及倾点套，并装有智能数字显示控制仪，使用方便、质量可靠，该仪器采用模糊控制原理和PID自整定技术，控制性能稳定可靠，是化验室的试验仪器。
该仪器制冷系统是由压缩机、过滤器、毛细管节流器、蒸发器及各连接管路组成。制冷剂通过蒸发器吸热膨胀，膨胀后的气体由压缩机压入排气管路形成高温高压气体再进入冷凝器冷却成液体，然后经毛细管节流降压进入蒸发器蒸发吸热从而达到制冷目的。制冷剂蒸发后又被压缩机压入排气管进入冷凝器，这样周而复始地工作实现循环制冷。温度控制系统是由智能数显控温仪进行PID调节实现定点控温，控温仪输出的控制信号触发固态继电器，使加热管工作抵消压缩机制冷系统产生的冷量，使其恒在我们所需要的温度上。
