1.本科及以上学历，有机化学-生物、生命科学实验-制药-石油加工工艺及分析等相关专业优先；条件优异学历适度放宽；
2.年龄要求：原则上不超过30岁；条件优异年龄适度放宽；
3.具备微波消解与萃取类仪器-石油勘、采泵类设备-成品油中红外分析服务类仪器-香精香料类化工危险品闪点检测仪器分装、培训、测调、保修经验优先；具有石油提炼至石油中转站链条相关设备-光谱类和常规实验室仪器设备分装、培训、测调、保修经验亦可；
4.具备良好英语水平，英语可做为工作语言最佳，可阅读、理解并翻译公司相关仪器使用及维保说明；
5.驻地办公，可接受短期出差；
6.具备很强的事业心、责任心、执行力、自我管控能力；
