系统简介

一套完整的氨氮/硝酸盐系统由IQ SENSOR NET变送器、传感器外壳组件、参考电极、工作电极、IQ电缆线及空气清洗组件构成。上述各种部件均可更换，且更换简单，无需填充电解液及更换薄膜！自动清洗通过3－7巴的压缩空气实现，由一个的MIQ/CHV 电磁阀控制模块来控制气路开关。

测试时，只要把相应的离子选择电极插入到传感器对应的插孔中，剩下的工作都由传感器自动完成。仪表直接显示正确的测试值，您也可以选择显示干扰离子的浓度值，如钾离子浓度。所有测试的数值都可以通过模拟电流0/4-20 mA或数字接口PROFIBUS或MODBUS传送到PLC系统中。

德国WTW NitraLyt Plus SET在线水质硝氮传感器测量原理

离子选择电极法ISE从原理上来说，可以使仪器的构造相对简单，测量可以达到快速反应，然而当1991年氨离子测试方法出现的时候，它只能应用于实验室分析，因为操作者需要拥有特定的操作技巧、严格预处理样品、调节溶液的离子强度、保持恒温测试等。当时普遍认为离子选择电极法不适合在线监测。

但在2002年情况有了质的变化，WTW成功研制发布了AmmoLyt氨离子在线选择电极法分析仪，这使用了特殊材料制品的电极膜，电解液及反应电极，以及为避免钾离子对铵根离子测量的干扰，在测量电极中，还设置有专门的钾离子测量电极，通过矩阵式补偿方法，来补偿并消除干扰离子的影响。该电极因为可以很好的补偿处理干扰，从而可以直接投入到污水的曝气池中使用，测量氨氮的浓度。

ISE离子选择电极采用电位感测原理，如图2所示，通常离子选择电极跟水样接触的顶端是一层敏感膜，这层敏感膜对特定的离子有选择性，即特定离子的浓度变化会在敏感膜表面产生一个电位差。全套电极必须包括工作电极和参考电极，如图3所示。有了电位这个参数，很容易通过*的能斯特方程转换成相应离子的浓度，就跟pH测试一样简单。

同样的，对于硝氮ISE测量方法是一样的，在测量电极上也配置了氯离子测量补偿电极，通过矩阵式补偿方法，以便去除相应的氯离子干扰。

 

不同的离子电极配置方案

传感器顶端共有 4 个电极插孔，至少需要配备1组工作电极和参考电极，传感器才能正常测试。有一个标有”Ref”的插孔是专门留给参考电极的，其它3个插孔可随意插入以下电极：氨氮工作电极、硝氨工作电极、钾离子电极和氯离子电极。配置方案如下：

免校正的测试

在安装上相应的离子电极后，Ammolyt plus /NitraLyt plus /VARiON plus 700 IQ 传感器可以马上测试，无需校正。如果要求比较严格，只需执行“现场水样标定”就行了，非常简单，传感器无需从水样中取出。用户只需定时跟实验室光度法比较，如果有偏差，再执行“现场水样标定”就行了。除了现场水样标定外，还可选择标准溶液2点校正（注：通常是不需要的）。通过校正，系统自动评估各种电极的2个性能指标，即漂移电位和斜率。如果这2个指标落在许可范围内，则表明校正是成功的。许可范围为
斜率：50…70 mV；零点漂移电位：-45…+45 mV。
