环境水质总α、总β放射性检测前处理工序繁杂,传统工艺需人工完成多次加液、蒸发、转移、赶酸、灼烧灰化等操作,全程专人值守、耗时久、效率低。人工加热功率难以精准把控,水样蒸干易溅射、样品损耗大,开放式高温作业存在酸雾腐蚀、放射性气溶胶外泄、高温烫伤等安全隐患,且实验重复性差、数据偏差高,难以满足现代化实验室标准化检测需求。

二、设备技术概述

放射性水样蒸发浓缩赶酸仪专为放射性水样前处理研发,契合多项国标检测规范。设备集成远红外加热、智能进样、高精度定量、防腐气路保护系统,可自动化完成水样蒸发、浓缩、赶酸、灰化、管路清洗全流程。依托PID恒温控温、分次进样、定量停机、智能预警等功能,替代传统人工操作,实现实验全程无人值守,兼顾检测安全性、精准度与实验效率。

搭载耐腐蚀可干烧远红外陶瓷加热模块,单孔独立PID控温,加热均匀稳定,避免局部过热导致水样爆沸溅射,适配放射性水样平稳低温蒸发工艺。
4、精准定量进样,适配大体积浓缩
多路独立蠕动泵自动进样,搭配高精度传感模块,定量精度±1g,可自主设置单次加样量、总加样量及浓缩终点,满足大体积水样精准浓缩需求。
