学校原有能源管理系统已运行超10年,系统覆盖范围有限,未实现全校楼宇及用能节点的全面计量;且初期安装的部分设备已使用超10年,部分老坏,无法自动采集数据,目前仍靠月度手工填报,亟需升级改造。
CET中电技术结合该校能源特点,为湖南农业大学提供了CET绿色高校综合能源管理系统解决方案及智能终端。通过对全校楼宇的用电、用水数据进行自动化采集、数字化存储,实现用能过程实时监测、节能策略及时调控、节能手段快速响应,助力学校能源管理智能化、数字化、综合化。
平台支持对校内用水、用电等各类能耗进行实时采集、监测与存储,并对各类能耗数据进行统计与分析,不同建筑类型采取不同的能效监管措施,提供能效对标、异常诊断与优化策略,能耗数据分类分项标准符合《高等学校校园建筑节能监管系统建设技术导则》相关要求。
