高准确度电子秤校准规范及实操要点

高准确度电子秤作为精密计量器具,广泛应用于精密称量、高精度配料、质量流量计标定等场景,其校准工作需严格遵循相关规范,确保计量精度符合使用要求。目前,高准确度电子秤校准主要参考JJF××××-202×《高准确度电子秤校准规范》(征求意见稿)及JJG 539-2016《数字指示秤》,明确校准条件、项目及方法,保障校准结果的准确性与合规性。
高准确度电子秤的核心定义为实际分度数不小于5000、不大于1000000的电子秤,其计量特性主要包括示值误差、重复性、同一载荷不同位置示值误差等,不同类型指示装置的电子秤,计量指标要求不同。例如,无微分标尺分度的电子秤,示值误差需≤±1.5d(d为实际分度值),重复性≤1d;带有微分标尺分度、分度值为2×10k的电子秤,示值误差≤±15d,重复性≤10d。
校准条件是保障校准精度的前提,需满足三个核心要求:一是环境条件,温度控制在-10℃~40℃,温度变化不超过5℃/h,相对湿度不大于85%,无电磁干扰、机械振动;二是校准设备,校准用砝码需符合JJG 99《砝码》中M1级及以上要求,电子秤实际分度数≥300000时,需选用F1级及以上砝码,实际分度数在5000~10000时,选用M1级及以上砝码;当电子秤载荷不小于4000kg且实际分度数≤10000时,可使用质量恒定的替代载荷,替代方法参照JJG 539-2016相关规定;同时需配备分度值不大于0.2℃的温度计、准确度不低于5%RH的湿度计。三是设备准备,校准前需将电子秤开机预热,预热时间按厂商规定执行,一般不少于30分钟,带水平调整装置的电子秤需调整至水平位置,必要时关闭零点跟踪装置。
